Data we collect

Work email, phone number, name, company, your marketing choice; device and access data (IP address, country, browser, time of page views and downloads).

Purposes

(1) Verifying you and granting access to partner menus and rates; (2) protecting rate information and detecting unusual access; (3) supporting group bookings; (4) only with your consent: emailing new menus, events and offers.

Legal basis

Your consent when submitting the form. Marketing emails are a separate, optional choice and are not required to access the page.

Retention

Contact details are kept while we work together and are deleted or anonymised after 24 months of inactivity. Access logs are kept for 12 months.

Processors and transfers abroad

Data is stored and processed by service providers: Supabase (servers in Singapore), Vercel and Google (email). Maison Vie does not sell personal data.

Your rights

To be informed, access, correct, request deletion, restrict processing, object and withdraw consent. Write to info@maisonvie.vn — we respond within 72 hours. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
